Parnell House redevelopment in Westminster

Parnell house in Westminster will be receiving a major redevelopment phased over the next year including a new GENT fire system courtesy of Fire FM. The 9-floor residential development was built in 1850 by the Society for Improving the Condition of the Labouring Classes (SICLC). The land, owned by the Duke of Bedford, was leased for 99 years. In 1965 Peabody took over the former SICLC and all of its remaining London properties. The new Fire system will provide state of the art safety or residents giving real peace of mind.
