 Fire FM was founded in 2001 by the two company directors. Each bringing a wealth of experience, working for many of the larger organisations within the Fire industry.

Fire FM was born out of a desire to offer high-quality solutions alongside the personal service they felt their customers deserved. Through our one-stop shop for fire protection we deliver confidence and peace of mind to our customers that they are protecting their people and premises from the threat of fire.

Meet the Team

The team of people we employ all attempt to provide our customers with fire protection solutions that suit our clients requirements. Meet the team below;

Mark Reeves – Director

Mark is a founding Director of the company and has some 15 years’ experience within the industry. He has built up a sound client base within the London area that continues to work closely with Fire FM, he attends meetings with our key clients on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
He also as Director assists in the daily running of the operational side of the business, ensuring that we monitor the performance of the company, instigate improvements as necessary and plans the logistical movements of our engineering teams.

Amanda Reeves – Director

Amanda has also been in the fire protection business for many years and for Fire FM she runs the financial and administration side of the business, she liaises with all sections of the business to ensure administration back up is provided to the engineering teams on the ground. She also monitors cash flow of business, payment of suppliers and all credit control issues.
She is also a large influence in the overall control of all activities that take careful planning on a daily basis.

Eddy Wilcox – Operations Manager

Eddy is again very experienced within the fire industry having worked for some twenty years plus and for Fire FM he has overall control of the fire alarm side of the business; he has a team of seven engineers and an apprentice.
Eddy has a role that requires a technical skill set in that he is often responsible for visiting our client’s sites to evaluate the current fire protection on site and then to evaluate whether their fire alarm systems are up to current standards and what changes or improvements are required.
He is also responsible for the project management of any fire alarm works that are on-going and this would involve liaising with clients, contractors, consultants as well as his own engineering team.
His job role is varied and busy and along with the two Directors he forms the management team within the company.


Stephen Davies – Project Manager

Stephen has established himself over the years as a competent Project Manager and Fire FM have employed him so that he can manage our fire alarm projects and provide our clients with on time solutions once an order is placed. Stephen will facilitate all aspects of any given project to ensure our clients receive a finished installation on time and to the correct standard.

David Stonier – Contract Sales – Herts, Beds and Bucks

David is relatively new to the fire industry but has shown over the last two years that since joining Fire FM he has adapted to the challenges that are offered on a daily basis.
David’s role is to obtain new business within the three counties; he can sell the full range of products and services that we offer and has gained valuable experience in a small amount of time, he is available to all clients in this geographical area to visit site ascertain requirements and provide the solutions.

Guy Kefford – Business Development Manager

Guy has been recruited by Fire FM and is tasked to bring in and manage a number of key accounts through the winning of maintenance tenders and the winning of project work. Guy has extensive experience in both the fire industry and within the contract management field and has already proved himself to be a valuable asset to the business.

Shirley Lane – Administrator

Shirley is a long established member of our administration team and prides herself on the efficient delivery of administration solutions for our customer base. She has been with the company for four years and has built up a good understanding of our business, how it works and her role within it, her relationship with our customers is very comfortable as they know that she will provide administration solutions for them at the click of a button.

JOJO Barker, Rachel Hinder and Natalie Joyner  –  Fire Alarm Co-ordination Team

JOJO, Rachel and Natalie manage the planning and logistics of our fire alarm service and small works team. This involves booking works with our client base and engineering team that is geographically sensible, ensuring parts for works are available for engineers and making sure the team can run our clients work efficiently and effectively.

Fire Alarm Team

We have a team of FIA trained engineers that are on a daily basis maintaining and installing fire protection systems to current British Standards, all our engineers take a pride in providing our customers with the services that they require at a premium service level. Fire FM are BAFE SP203 approved and this ensures that our team are measured to provide on time servicing solutions.

Fire Extinguishing Team

We have an experienced team of fire extinguisher engineers that take pleasure in servicing and installing fire extinguishers and signage in line with current British Standards.
