Another new contract for Fire FM

Fire FM are proud to confirm they have been appointed to maintain 71 blocks of residential buildings including the vent and emergency lighting systems. The building sits on the site of the old Colindale Hospital which became redundant in 1996 and was fully closed in 2008.

About time… Government consults on plans to ban landlords who ignore fire regs

The Department for Communities and Local Government are proposing a ban for landlords who commit serious offences.  With a consultation opening in Feb 2017.
